Ћ and þ: The Letter Thorn

These letters represent the voiced or unvoiced dental fricative sounds. 
When thorn appears between two vowels, it typically represents a voiced dental fricative. 
In other positions, it represents an unvoiced dental fricative.

Examples:

    I breathed a sigh of relief.
    → I briþed a syh of relief.

    I caught my breath.
    → I coht my breþ.

    This is the car I want.
    → Ћis is þe car I ɯante.

    There's no cake left.
    → Ћere's no câke left.
